Warp is a modern AI-powered terminal and agentic development environment. It supports two rule types: Global Rules (via Warp Drive > Personal > Rules, apply across all projects) and Project Rules (stored as AGENTS.md or WARP.md in codebase). Warp also reads other tools' instruction files: CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, AGENT.md, GEMINI.md, .clinerules, .windsurfrules, and .github/copilot-instructions.md. Use /init command to auto-generate AGENTS.md. Features Agent Mode with Pair and Dispatch modes.
